ARW CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS WINS 2 CATEGORIES IN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS AWARDS
It is with much pride and excitement that we announce that ARW Chartered Accountants last week won two categories in the prestigious Australian Business Awards. ARW were winners in the Service Excellence and Community Contribution categories and the firm was one of only a handful of organisations across Australia to be recognised in these highly contested awards.
"It is rather a humbling experience to be honoured with these awards" said ARW's managing director, Adrian Raftery in his acceptance speech.
"It is a credit to our staff that we are even considered for such honours. Their commitment to high client service is the reason behind these accolades. I thank them wholeheartedly for their efforts."
However Raftery is not satisfied with ARW's efforts and says that the firm still needs to improve.
"These awards merely set the bar for the team to achieve even higher levels over the next 12 months and beyond. We are still a bit away from 100% customer satisfaction but we should keep in mind that not everybody is perfect, not even Don Bradman!"
